Hi guys, I just removed a piece of hose (pictured) from the nipple behind the "turbo Intercooled" cover, just below the windscreen.

Since doing so, my idle probs I had seem to have gone and the car is more responsive.

Is this all in my head or is what is pictured had an adverse affect on my car and what affect will it have removing it.

Thanks in advance.

You've removed a hose with a screw in it?

Does your car still have a bov?

To me, it appears someone has removed the standard bov, or a boost gauge. And plugged it with that. Either way, now you most likely have a leak.

Can you take some photos?

If its bov. It'll be sucking air in and out with vacuum/boost.

Get pics up and we'll be able to tell you.

A hose should run from there to your bov.

Take some pics of the right side of your crossover, and the back.
