But as mentioned above if your considering matte try plastidip first cause if you don't like it just peel it off. $50 and no harm done. I sold my 18"s this week with good tyres for $900 cash so its a risk painting the wheels and trying to sell them later on.These are my 19's plastidipped. They're advanti fusion if you want to see what they were like before plastidipping them. Either that or put paper between wheel and wheel brace so no rubbing happens when you do it.But for rim choice I reckon white. Cost me about $60 posted off the top of my head. I think I hit them about 15 times but it took the first 4-5 coats to cover the wheels. I wanted to go as light as possible to ensure it didn't come out rough. Trust me shyfrd it's not a thick coat at all I just have really small wheel nut holes and the socket just rubs sometimes. If I did it again I would plug the holes up and then cut it around so its not in the whole like you said.
