The Harrop truetrac uses eaton parts, but the centre itself is a billet housing using eaton gears but the gears are tempered and treated and then fitted into the housing made specifically for a direct swap over into the xr6 and xr8 diff housing (same diff). $1395 inc GST plus $30 shipping to sydney is a pretty damn good price I think. Forgot to ask about warranty for breaking it on the road. I will be speaking to a diff shop on monday to see how much they want to fit it and replace all the bearings in my current diff. It all up it can be done for under $2k I will be doing it ASAP.

Was fine at Marulan but at Wakefield for the long left hander fish hook, diff oil was leaking onto the exhaust causing a heap of smoke. Don't want to fork out big $. How much is the Kaaz?Found the source of my problem for now!Got under the car today in order to diagnose this diff problem.Turns out the rubber line from the diff breather outlet to the after market catch can inlet had been touching the exhaust.Burned straight through!Couldn't see it at Wakefield as had to jack the car up very high to see it.In high G, power on left handers like the fish hook, diff oil was spilling out the split hose straight onto the exhaust.Made up a new line with heat insulation Aluminium tape with some fiberglass cloth too.Simple Problem solved for now, and I love cheap bandaid solutions........so does my wife!Need to source a Silicone hose and proper heat shielding before Syd motorsport park on Sept 19th.New diff a while off yet.Sorry for the thread highjack if this is off topic. And for the ba bf maybe fg aswell (ute owners) look at the fill point on the diff it's lower then shafts. So no diff oil gets to the bearings properly. So over fill them little bit
