Turbo Inlet Part Help

Chaps,

I noticed when I was cleaning my actuator solenoid that my turbo inlet hose has a tear in it from the hose clamp. Its the big one that acts a joint from the cross over to front of the turbo. See pic.

Has someone got a part number or suggestion about replacing it.

A 3" piece of good silicone joiner will suffice and be the cheapest whilst still being very effective.You may want to upgrade the clamps though if using the silicone.From memory the part is about 30-40$ from Ford.

I had this same issue not long ago was missing a chunk, hadnt been eaten by turbo thou.

Just go the 3" silicone in black like mentioned and some decent stainless clamps to tighten it down properly with, those ford ones will slip and probably not secure it nicely.

Also I did have to cut the length down as it was pushing the piping to far away and contacting the other intake pipe. And face the brand name down on the silicone so it looks factory.
