Boosted_Falcon Member 86 Member For: 12y 4m 14d Gender: Male Posted 28/08/12 11:04 AM Author Share Posted 28/08/12 11:04 AM ok got the centre muffler removed today and the owner of the shop told me this morning when I dropped it off that the xforce muffler are straight through, so replacing them with resonators wasn't going to change a thing and recommended just straight pipes.so he cut the centre muffler out, added straight pipes and re-alligned the whole set-up so it doesnt hit anywhere and I got it back when I finished work this afternoon.the sounud is deeper, louder and you have a bit of burble on decel. there is no crackling what so ever.ill post some vids after it is tuned comparing before and after but I much prefer the straight pipes. cruising around like a granny it doesnt make much noise but even light application of the throttle and you can definately hear it.as I said before, louder, deeper and just sounds great I think.vids up in 4 days or so. hope this helps anyone looking to do this mod.damien
