It's absolutely awesome for making baby food which we are going through Kilos of at the moment so between two kids's worth of mush I would have paid for itself.

Yep - have got the step daughter and grandaughter living with me now - she actually makes her own food for the bub (veggie mush etc) - this will be a huge help for her.

She also occasionally forgets the stove is on when she rushes off to tend the munchkin - if I can move her to the new unit it'll set my mind at ease.

Now if they would just do a version with a charcoal grill hanging off the side.

A lot of it comes down to grilling as well.

I live on my BBQ and it's my true love - there's no way this thing is going to compete there. Used in conjunction with the Q though - can see it working well (fresh sauces, rubs, veggies etc)

Indeed - I'll fire up the charcoal just to cook myself a single sausage - frypan/stovetop only gets used for loose meat/veggies/pasta

I always endup throwing like half a kilo of bacon on and multiple sausages and trying to eat it all so I try not to have too many BBQ's hahaha!

I hell want one of those weber Q's - the gas one though. maybe that should be my cool stuff I just bought today post later on.

Yeah - the Weber Q's are pretty damn good - I keep pushing the old man towards charcoal, but the keeps going back to his Weber

I think the Tefal is 2.5l (not 4l - you're thinking of the barra)

+1

I cook with my Barra all the time

Mostly lions but sometimes even rarer creatures

Ahhh I actually thought it was 3.3l

Maybe I was watching tvsn wrong hahaha

I thought it did everything the thermo did except mill flour and sugar...

The reviews are more positive for the tefal but not as many sold obviously
