yeh look at 20 u got the right mind set and stick with it , family trusts can work well definately if u use it as a big pool of money all your family can work towards ( gotta have trust worthy members with a common target ) and then the benifits are great , iam fairly sure its all at the lowest tax bracket 18% I think have to check again

even if u just got a dad and say brother who can keep there stuff together it works awsomelly

then u can also build houses etc investments with the " money " in there as the deposit that they dont actually touch ( banks) just kind of held but not removed

just to be clear capital gains etc are taxed at 18% goin into the trust but any money the trust makes in there is nearly nil tax associated with it ( depending on the trust style)

Lol, just lodged my tax return, made it go to about $930 by using my busted trans sump on the last T as car expenses (believe you can claim repair costs and stuff on that) since it happened while I was on a job at work.

Fingers crossed no audit

for your self henery if u work for wages and use your ute 100% for work and have another vehicle u can say u use on weekends and to shops etc etc ( your mums car is fine they cant prove u dont get home from work stick ya car in the garage and it doesnt come out until work the next morning) so 100% yeh winky winky

if your paying say 100 bucks a week on a 5 year term u should see around 40 -45 bucks back so your car cost you say just over half , not bad huh especially as that's the car u wanted !

this is the best deduction u can achieve without a house/investment negitive geared for a tradie, and the spinner is u would prolly have that car anyway

I like to call it win/win
