Anybody Rebuilding Zf's In Qld Yet?

If the box is slippin from 3rd to 4th going up hill on boost and making sort of a squawking sound is that a good indication its farked or would an oil change help, my mates has started doin this 2 days ago. sorry to hijack bro !

Flush fixed mine but not for long, there is no squawk now but the flaring is pretty bad, may have to pay a visit to CMS soon

yer nah mine is not flaring or slipping lee from rdp is doing a flush and that on it this week and I done the heat exchanger last week so should be fine, so with the input shaft and clutch packs done how much power can you put through it?

Mte did the original build on mine & it copped a fair hiding before I snapped another input shaft & the packs were abit scorched but it saw alot of hp alot of times. Gilroys in toowoomba did the refresh on mine & was extremely cheap. So far so good with it. Its all as it should be so might be worth giving them a yell to see what they can offer. There isnt alot that can be done to make them long term strong, if you put power & traction through them you will have to rebuild them.
