Car threw a fit yesterday with ABS and DSC faults. Google, night time drive to check brake lights, trip to Ford this morning, $32 for new brake light switch, 30 secs under dash to fit. Solved.Only painful bit was the switch issue was very intermittent. Brake lights seemed to be fine ( was looking for reflections off street signs and the spoiler) but very occasionally wasn't or slight delay before coming on. Finally got a definitive scenario where I was hard on the brakes and no brake light. Didn't get time to fluid so that'll be another night now.
