I tried the washer method on this leak today, seemed to go a tiny bit tighter, will see if it seals.

And out with the old fuel pump assembly:

And also out with the stock BA XR6T intercooler and in with my old BA F6 intercooler from the old black car. (J@ reckons that the BA F6 one is better than the crappy old monza cooler that I have, even though it's smaller than it haha, so in it goes)

Yeah, walbro GSS340 255lph bigger pod assembly from Auto Wholesale Australia in Coburg, Victoria.

 

The whole assembly is just drop in, aside from the internal electrical connection, external electrical connection and the three fuel hose connections.

Extra in-tank fuel pump is fine without a tune. Dropping it in yourself make sure you have less than half a tank of fuel :spoton:
