Turns out I just wasn't blowing hard enough to force air through the little valve I discovered in this Y piece.  Ball held in place by a spring, I thought it was a stone or a bit of the pump at first hahaha

I flushed the valve anyway by using the plastic syringe filled with hot detergent water (in the kitchen sink, since I own the house I can do what I like cchhyyeeahhhh boiiiiiiii).

Hopefully I can get a new pump later today.

Got a hot dog chucked in the EL today in place of the stuffed muffler. System is now original Tickford exhaust manifold (nothing special), 100 cell cat, hot dog, rear resonator. Sounds brilliant. Loud under load but acceptable on idle. Set off two car alarms at work. Had a nice crackle at the exhaust shop when the guy gave it a big old rev and then lifted of.

Took the t across the pits for its yearly, and discovered the fog switch is looking iffy.

Fogs on as it came into the pits, then bloke asks me, "how do you get the fogs going- I  had them going before?"

Push fog switch off and on again, a second later it works- weird.

I can jiggle the switch and they flicker a bit, so is this something others have experienced before?

Hoping its a switch or relay not something more expensive.

Switches pull straight out from the dash don't they?  Have a gander, maybe just a loose wire?

Heres hoping Steve, really want to save a few bucks for a redo of the coldside pipe, always pissed me off how rapids pipes touched the bumper back and foul the spotty.

Hmmm, better check for worn wires on that spotty too..
