Yea lungs are sweet now. Still not back to full swing at work yet as still awaiting results of an mri on me heart. But they done an ultrasound the other day and the pneumonia was long gone and the fluid around my heart has gone too so that's good.

I'm not sure how they would f*ck up the preloaded thing coz when I fitted it I set it at the usual half a hole. They said they had to back it off a bit but I think a hole under preload is a bit over the top.

The bloke at mtq did say that the clips can loosen a bit an he has seen them fall off before.

Great news on the health man! I'd forgotten about that, good on you Ralph.

Since we're on the topic to some degree do you have the guide pictorial on adjusting the Konis? Mechanic lost mine and I have fuzzy memory on how to do it, what maximum rotation there is etc

The ones on my Ute are the one on the top of the page. Don't forget to remove the rubber bump stop inside the shock before you compress it. My ones have 2 1/2 turns of adjustment. One turn of hard is pretty firm if that give you an idea

Changed the spark plugs and coils

Car seems to pull heaps more now throughout the rev range

The power hits even harder now and its only on e10

The plugs looked okayish. Some of the gaps were miniscule though and a couple had some build up

Not bad for 165000km old plugs

Anyway just waiting for my na coil cover and I can finish this service up
