Dodgy RWC is an option, but those are much harder to find than they used to be.The "legit" method is expensive and time consuming (hence difficult and me needing the enthusiasm to get the ball rolling on that one).I'm in the same boat. I've had a very nice modified 2007 FPV Tornado sitting here for a few months but haven't got it licenced here in WA yet.Not particularly hard to do - just put the standard dump pipe and cat back on. Trailer it to and from inspection - the tune won't like standard stuff, but will handle the 1km test drive for the inspection.Too much apathy here. Once I get it licenced and mobile, then I'll be motivated to do more projects on it. Such as fitting the brand new 6 piston front Brembo calipers that I bought last week.At the moment, it's parked in the carport, covered in dust. However, it needs to be done. No point in having a bunch of money tied up in a car that you can't drive.I've sort-of got a solution for mine, but need to do a few minor things.

Just enough room, it will be a tight fit being around 300x300mm with a 10" fan and -10 fittings. Edited 03/11/15 09:09 AM by OZYWALKER

So far done-Permanently fixed the battery cable to the chassis rather than cable ties to fuel lines lolWired in sub/ampRe bushed the front eye in the leafsAdjusted handbrake Hardened rear koni'sFuel filter 2 blown indicatorsRemoved standard FPV boost gauge coz eboostAnd lastly removed turbo to Port out waste gate. I told myself I would never remove it again after fitting my actuator a year ago. Forgot just how sh*t the job was. But definitely worth it after finding this. The tuner was the last one to adjust the waste gate and they appears the c clip has fallen off or wasn't installed. Even if it was c clipped properly the preloaded was set in the wrong direction so it would hold the gate open a little at idle. I have always thought the car was quite laggy but have never driven another turbo falcon or any other fast turbo car so nothing to compare it to. It's been like this the day I got it back from the tuner (insane performance) Adjusted the wastegate and fitted a new clip. Can instantly tell it's a completely different car. Spools instantly and when reving at idle it will get a few lbs and flutter. So only babying it at the moment till I can get it up to Dave at cpv after Xmas for a PROPER tune.
