Life begins at 100k

I've still not had to replace any brake boosters/power steering pumps/water pumps on the old girl and I'm past 250 thou now. Flogging your car is good for it, I'm proof hahaha. Oh and the AC is still ice cold.

Suspension, bushes, engine mounts, wheel bearings, valve springs, side indicator covers, engine pulleys, timing chain system and gearbox clutch packs on the other hand...but these are all consumables :P

Original fan belt still works too, but was replaced just in case and is kept in car as a spare.

Stevo, if you hadn't flogged your car so much, those clutch plates would still be alive... :P

ohhh and the mods contributed to the early wear of the "Suspension, bushes, engine mounts, wheel bearings, valve springs, side indicator covers, engine pulleys, timing chain system and gearbox clutch packs"

Replaced the plugs and found the source of my sluggish boost response. The only original ford bit in my intake system had give up the ghost.....the old split throttle body joiner.
