Got the turbo/manifold all fitted up for dump/screamer pipe to be made and a Speedflow AN12 oil drain line setup.(dummy block/head fitted to car atm not the built motor)

Head was finished off and a drain to sump tapped for the added revs/activities coming.

Braided Speedflow wastegate lines used from comp cover to wastegate for added security.

Last was the painting of rocker cover that utilises two AN12 fittings for crankcase venting.

Hopefully mid January she will be hitting the families rollers for some base tuning then straight to the track for some real data to get the engine right in her comfy zone....might even use HP Tuners ;)

Was a very productive day just need the fuel, dump then tune done.

Took it for a drive and spotted the front discs with the laser thermometer.. Left disc reading over 100 degrees hotter than the right disc..

Definitely going back to mechanics tomorrow..

Sounds like a sticky caliper, you are supposed to replace the slide pins and bolts every time according to ford, or maybe that's grease pins and replace bolts....anywho its possible its binding on the slide or the piston/s are.

With the AN12 fittings for crank case fitting in the rocker cover.

Did you weld them in or did you tap them?

Removed the newly installed turbo feed line from the turbo, fitted a 25mm - 4an male/female extender and refitted the turbo feed line. A slightly larger air gap between the exhaust housing and feed line can only be a good thing. Plus it makes it much easier to remove the feed line if need be.
