Yeah.. We got flooded pretty bad a couple years ago (not sure if WA has gotten that on the news yet).. But anyway apparently the lovely fresh stuff that kept falling from the sky made most of our water sources undrinkable. So we hooked a few Brita filters up to the sewerage plants and diverted them into the water mains..

On a serious note though dude.. If it's actually bacteria clogging your lines, I had a mate who mixed a bit of dettol in his washer water in an attempt to stop his getting some weird build up, he settled for new pump and lines in the end.. Still have no idea what caused it.. Even the dealership was confuzzled (warranty claim and all that).

Removed the windscreen washer pump and unglogged the inlet filter AGAIN.

I don't know what bacteria you QLD'rs are growing in your water over there but it certainly is hard to kill.

Just replaced my front headlight/HighBeam and parkers globes.........wot a c*nt of a job, even with the battery and air intake out. Also flushed the coolant for some nice green stuff and did the boost solenoid thing. Now off to work for a 12 hour night shift. Grrrrrrrrrrrrr
