Mine is ticking at low speed settingUse a small amount of INOX lubricant on the fan bearings and the armature (where the brushes run)When you pull the fan out there is a side cover that comes off. The disc's have been there since the car was built and they are quite happy where they are!Front end feels much much better with the addition of braided lines/SP bushes and Remsa pads shame the rear end was a flop!
