Sounded easy, but I can tell you that getting those effing wires from the clips is not a job for someone like me with a short fuse for insignificant $hi!. Ended up cutting wires and splicing them together (will do it properly another day, when I've talked it through with a councillor...lol). Ended up taking the whole manifold off to do the job. They started in Euro 4 cars. Which was in 2010. Not sure on the exact date. Easiest way to tell is have a look under the car and see where the cat is. If its under drivers footwell then it doesnt have the ring. If the cat is up close to the back of the turbo you will have the ring. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Clutch is bedding in nicely too, I've done around 650-700k's on it now and it feels a lot nicer than before.
