Haha I wasn't offering it, I meant "you" as a generic term for anyone.

If you google "Gerotor Lubricating Oil Pump for IC Engines" you'll find some pretty in depth info about how it all works. Aside from the intricacies of designing it etc, it is pretty simple from the point of view that it transfers oil from one side of the pump to the other with a relief circuit making up part of the outlet.

Fitted up new front rotors and pads tonight, plus flushed the fluid. Weirdly the head of my jack was missing (as in the plate that contacts with the car) and I couldn't find it anywhere. Had to use the crappy emergency thing.

On Sunday I did the rears, including the Territory calipers I originally bought for the BA. Fitted the Territory lines as while the FG sedan lines could work, there was a very tight bend. (For anyone thinking of doing this - the line leaves the caliper at a different angle on the Territory and the lines then have a hard 45 degree elbow rather than a hard 90 degree like on the Falcon.) Cutting the backing plate was straight forward. Handbrake decided to be a *beep* but got it sorted.

If nothing else, the Territory rears look much better inside the 19s.

Went with DBA SP500 pads after discussion with Matt at RBS. Will be interesting to see how they go.6de24c5500f41f8dc59c950e41dd2951.jpg
