Not sure yet. I've gotta have a think about it.

When I pulled the plugs today I noticed that a couple of cylinders have gotten hot as all fark, likely at the track day a few weeks ago. It still drives fine etc but a comp test confirmed that it needs fixing.

I didn't bother fitting the valve springs cos there's no need at this stage.

Maybe have a read of this thread, as per usual with this bunch of weirdos it does derail into things like Ralph Wiggum liking turtles for a few pages, then goes back on topic
I'll save this read for smoko tomorrow!

200+ in 1 and 2, 190 in 3, 150 in 4, 200 in 5 and 150 in 6.

The low ones came up 20 psi with oil.

That sucks....compression is over rated anyway lol

Whats the plans then? Built motor, big cams and a gtx42?  :D

Haha nope. I already have a low km gen2 gtx35r on it so the turbo should be good for a while yet.

I haven't decided whether to rebuild the motor or just buy one from the wreckers.

Alrighty then...I've found a couple of fg engines for the usual price from the wreckers so now I've just gotta decide whether to get a petrol motor or a gas motor.

Considering that I live in the sticks I'm leaning toward the gas motor to get better economy on the highway.
