You might be lucky and it'll shift enough to get a ring on it. There are many ways to undo stuck nuts and bolts. Get googling mayne. Make sure you have the housings marked so you know which way to get it back together. Finally I'll give you and anyone else reading this a solid tip. Never round a nut or bolt. I've got some nut/bolt removal stuff (that I had to use for a dump pipe nut that just would not budge years ago) which will get it off if I have enough space around the bolt head. I know that I should not have rounded the bolt head. It's not an ideal situation. Yes, I took pics of the orientation of the housings with respect to the CHRA. Actually mark it with a texta or paint pen so you can line it up. When you are lining up hard lines they can be a bitch if it is out too much. You can leave the bolts loose-ish on the manifold in the car and rotate the housings the small amounts needed to line up the hard lines etc, as a last resort for alignment. You can only be so accurate when changing CHRA anyway as the marks are only on the broken CHRA and not on the new one. Most of the time I'll just do this anyway. It takes less than 5 minutes to whack a couple of turbo to manifold bolts in, clock it then pull the whole lot off.
