Next step is to demount the tyre and check it for an internal defect and the rim for run out/bendage

I am pedantic about alignments and pressures. What strikes me as odd is there is now vibration indicating a bent wheel and the fact it's only occurred on aprox 1/3 of the tyre. You wouldn't by chance be able to find contact details for the people at Nitto your mate dealt with? Im not having any luck getting a reply from Taleb Tyres

I have seen large OHT tyres do it but never a car tyre. Any help would be appreciated.

What are your camber/toe specs if you don't mind me asking?
