The bolt was removed...but I found out whatdid it.

The previous owner (f*ckhead *beep* *beep*) decided it was a good idea to put two washers on...and sikaflex the first one on...so im trying to pull the balancer off while the puller is holding the balancer on

that's good and bad news. The good news is it may not be on as tight as you think. A new seal is cheap. Have you tried a puller on whats left.

Ive already got the seal to replace it, that was half the reason I was doing this.

Nah, cant get anything on whats left. Im trying to find someone I know in Adelaide with a welder to weld a few tabs on for the puller

Yeah tried that already. Not enough on it to get a good grip, my only other option is to heat it up with an oxy and try and pry it off...or try and weld tabs on it. But most of my mates are gay and at G1 drift today

Welding probably wont work as its cast iron. I wouldnt heat with an oxy, maybe small amount of heat with a butane torch.
