Fark that is awesome milage. Can someone that has had their car tuned for ron98 just put p100 in the tank, or does the car need to be retuned?

I was told it is ok to run higher octane (P100) when tuned to BP98.

Makes sense.

But was told it was fine to run a higher octane fuel then what it is tune to.

maybe that would be fine...

but P100 contains 10% ethanol, which need substantially more fuel per volume of air, than regular fuel.

ie, you wont have enough fuel in the cylinder.

standard tunes cant adapt, and are much further from limits, but once tuned, your car knows what it wants...
