If you want to be able to run different boost settings you need 2 separate tunes in your Xcal. Even with the sct tuner can't run 2 different boost settings? The Falcon's boost is electronically controlled so if you increase the boost, the ECU will go in to limp mode when it exceeds the thresholds that have been set. If you set a high threshold and run a low boost (say you set the threshold to 20psi and your controller did 15psi and 20psi) you get problems because at WOT the ECU in essence keeps trying to add more boost. It just doesn't work with a boost controller.
