If you're staying stock as a rock go the F6, but only second hand, F6s look pretty wicked. If you're loaded (give the money to me :P) get a second hand XR6T and put the change from the F6 in and you will have a killer car.

But if you're set on a new one then go for it, make sure you option it up, we need someone to wear the depreciation on these babies ;) (I got mine 1 yr old and it was 15k cheaper then new).

Good predicament to be in though lol good luck!

I was referring that the F6 holds its value better than the XR6T for re-sale.

They will both depreciate at the same rate, the only difference will be the intial higher outlay on price of the F6....

Why buy new?

The only reason you would ever buy new if for tax purposes (ie. business)

Let someone else take the initial price drop... As stated, a 1 year old F6 can be had for $15k cheaper...

Fair call.

If your looking for a stock car and want to keep it unmolested and keepit all original buy the F6.

The more you think about the confusing it is - just do it.

It can also make sense if you're planning to keep the car for 10 years or more. Over that stretch of time, the cost per year difference becomes less of an issue. You also know exactly what the car has had go wrong and there's no hidden secrets down the track.

Does anyone know what an F6 can do in the 0 - 100 kph dash ?? I"ve timed my stock 2010 xr6t and it does it in 5.0 - 5.1ish sec.

Acording to motor magazine, the f6 does it in 5.0sec and the xr6t does it in 5.1sec
