Guest XR09 Guests Posted 18/07/12 06:45 AM Share Posted 18/07/12 06:45 AM Keep an eye on the insides of your tyres. You will soon find if they just dialed in the alighnment to Fords specs. Or gave it a propper one sitting as it is. The inners will be scrubbing out. You might find you have a darker strip up the inside fronts. Rears too maybe.t will settle. IThat's why it will need one on a thousand k's. It will settle a bit. And that will be enough to move the numbers a little. Not sure on the BF's. But I'm thinking you wouldn't need a camber kit @ that ride height. Unless your playing hard.I like mine @ 1.7 neg camber. Think you can get 1.9 on the front without the need for a kit. Guest XR09 Guests Posted 18/07/12 06:56 AM Share Posted 18/07/12 06:56 AM Suburbs and car parks destroy Falcons tyres. Scrubs out the inner ... So having that extra movement Ford wont give you is not such a bad thing. Perhaps I'd set the toe in a bit more to off set some of the inner edge wear. Particularly since you have the original rubber bushes in the front lower control arms. As mentioned before though, considering you have the kit you might as well install it so there is more adjustment available if it is ever needed. Guest XR09 Guests Posted 19/07/12 03:49 AM Share Posted 19/07/12 03:49 AM 1mm of toe in will help with camber pulling on the wheel too. It should track a little better....Do they use much camber in the roads in WA. We have a lot cause it does nothing but friggen rain here on the Sunshine coast Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/80896-labour-cost/page/5/#findComment-1268703 Share on other sites
