4"airbox Worth It?

Looking at getting plazmamans 4" airbox & battery relocation. Have a Bluepower CAI sitting around from previous car and was wondering whether its worth getting the plazmaman box over fitting the old Bluepower intake? Any benefits from turbo side intake rather than leaving the factory cross over? Does it gain more induction noise? Spool turbo quicker due to less travel? Opinions? Possibly upgrading turbo in the future and the car is a FG.

Its a worthwhile upgrade over std but as you have an airbox already I'd spend the money elsewhere.

Yes for all the reasons mentioned and they sound mental.. You could sell the blue power one to someone, as they are (from what I've heard) prob the best std side intake, and recoup some $$$

Thanks for the replies. Thinking I might spend the extra money and get the turbo side intake just because of all the above reasons. I love the sound of the turbo coming on boost and once I get a tune later down the track, I might feel abit happier knowing I spent that little extra. Hopefully I can sell the bluepower but its a little hard trying to find someone to buy it like mexicanbatman has stated. Not many people in my town have fg's and I'm too lazy to sell on the net haha.

I put a 3" intake on my car last week for a day, difference was huge in spool time. 4" FTW
