I asked Peter Warren to get FPV (as FPV's sunroof closes automatically) to do this to my car, the sales man said he wasn't sure if they could do it but the request would be made.

It is a feature of the alarm.. not the actual windows closing... Its called a Window Tilt Upgrade..and is only activated when the alarm is acrive.. What happens if your in the car with the windows down and take the keys out? you dont want the windows closing do you?

This is really handy. Opening is good as you can have the windows down and the roof open as you approach your car in a parking yard and have it significantly cooler by the tiem you arrive.

What about if it's raining?

Cro,

Is there any other differences with the FPV sunroof.

I ordered my Blueprint XR6T early Jan & quoted end April delivery. I notice you say August for yours, have you ordered it ?

I see your from Bankstown area, glad to see your not dealing with Dale Ford, they mucked me around & were'nt upfront on their pricing.

Their is no such thing as a "FPV Sunroof"

The sunroofs if ordered are fitted at FPV. This was one of the major delays with my car and a few others on the board. They were delayed at FPV getting the sunroofs fitted due to supplier shortage.

I'm not sure about differences with the FPV sunroof (all I know is that FPV install it), others might be able to help there...

I tried Dale Ford and had exactly the same problems. Not the best service.

I've been through four dealers and I found Peter Warren and City Ford gave the best service.

I have ordered a car, and I specified 1st August Delivery, nothing to do with delayed delivery date problems.

Damn, So if I don't have the alarm I can't get it installed?

I would of thought it would work with the normal keypad.

I don't mind the windows going up when the keys are taken out, as I never leave the keys in the car when I am not in it and they keys are always in the ignition when I am in it.
