Similar as Kosij above, drops to about 14PSI at the end. I want to get it run up again and see if things have changed over the last 60 thousand Km.

This turbo was practically brand new at the time - replaced under warranty a couple weeks before tuning :)

Steve yours drops because Simin has commanded less open loop duty cycle at that breakpoint, not because your actuator has run out of tension....if it was the actuator is would have been dropping earlier. I've seen cars go 400kws with the standard actuator.....but that's with major boost creep and a very very ugly dyno chart.

I was thinking more along the lines of

1. Loosen lock nut

2. Align hole with post

3. Apply 2 turns or 2mm drag on spring

4. Lock up nut and place eyelet over post and put the clip on

or..

Apply regulated 12psi air to actuator, wind up the eyelet end till the hole sits over the post with flap closed, tighten locknut, apply clip.

Are either of these methods correct?

Thanks to Brendan for a more complete answer once again! :)

I was very happy to see a fairly flat line at 15PSI without modding the turbo. Are there any pictures of what a very ugly boost creeping dyno chart looks like?

But there you go 400rwkw on stock actuator, hahaha.

I've got an old dyno chart at home Steve from 2005 I think! I'll dig it up if I remember. You can always log your wastegate duty cycle Steve and see yourself what's its doing. This together with an RPM, MAP and BAP log is handy info for your tuner also....as they don't offen get a chance to log and flog your car on the street.
