Just port the wastegate and do the flapper mod to avoid overboost and you'll be laughing. Mine cost me under $700 to do. You then go with a GTX3582R in the future and easy 380-410rwkw.EDIT: Keep an eye out in the Crescent motorsport sub forum for specials on the GTX3582R. I got mine from him for $1580.
