I dont have to explain a thing have a look at the pics mate. the thing u should be asking yourself is can I afford a new motor. just sayin koeck, u got a real nice car there champ I think it deserves a decent cooler.

I completely agree with you, but my wallet doesn't. I most likely will upgrade it down the track. Once I get it tuned and the rest of the work done, if its not keeping intake temps down I'll buy a pwr or stepped process west cooler.

As long as this cooler is air tight it is graet value. So many people profess to be aftercooler experts. These things are purely a vessel. And to say its a step backwards from standard is ignorance in the purest sense. It really doesn't matter how good the welding looks as long as it seals. Aftercoolers are all about surface area, as really they act more as a heat sink. I find it frustrating that people can bag a product without having a clue as to why. Cheers

More the look of the core that worries me... Wouldnt want swarf entering my engine and settling on valve seats etc

I would always advise that any intercooler is properly cleaned, and pressure tested before install. Swarf can be found in any intercooler/alloy product. Cheers
