my brother ordered the top of the range white one two months ago, 18 month wait though haha

it will more than likely drop to more then half that time as people pull out due to impulse buys.

some of the conversions already being done is very impressive and there will be thousands of aftermarket parts for these.

Motor or wheels did back to backs in the 86 and BRZ in the edition on the shelves at the moment.. It's an interesting read.. Apparently there are differences in the suspension setup..

BRZ falls smack in the middle of the Toyota's two models atdriveaway prices..

However..

I believe they said the BRZ comes with free servicing where as Toyota comes with capped price servicing..

Do the math on what that's worth.

I read that when Toyota and Subaru did the deal and that Subaru would manufacture both models - BRZ and 86 - that the deal was that Toyota would buy 90% of production. Bad idea :roflmbo: Toyota sold out of Australian stock within a few months and Subaru within 2 hours :nono:

I'd probably be going for the Subaru for resale value (rarer) and they are going to continue supplying the car with a full size spare (unlike Toyota).

Here's another review for your enjoyment

Drove one yesty. Cabins too small for me. Handlings good not great. Just a manual rwd hatch imo and nterior is like a touched up 'rolla. Would rather a S15 all day everyday
