Guest XR09 Guests Posted 01/08/12 03:24 AM Share Posted 01/08/12 03:24 AM I'm led to believe the little suckers have skinnier rear tyres than the front. Apparently to make them feel like they have more power than they do.I was reardrive through and through. For me it wasn't the twin skiddies. But the more control of a rear drive. You had more control over the cars attitude with a rear drive.Have to say not so anymore. Try and get a drive of a good front wheeler. I test drove a few Megannes...Nice to drive, very nice. Build quality sucked. it looked and sounded cheap. But it was a lot of fun. Even the little RS. Pound for pound it will be quicker than a rear drive on most average twisty roads

Tim Member 142 Member For: 16y 6m 15d Posted 05/08/12 08:54 AM Share Posted 05/08/12 08:54 AM I saw on Autoblog there is some talk of a faster Hyundai Veloster turbo which would be nice. I don't have a preference to RWD. The Veloster looks better I think.http://www.autoblog.com/2012/07/31/hyundai-veloster-turbo-r-spec-in-the-cards/I look at the specs of the 86 and can't help but think they haven't come very far since the Celica released in 1999. 140kw 1.8 litre, 1100kg.
