I think I read the same mate..

seeing as they are installed pre surge tank they are just a constant lowish pressure yeah ?

I did read in the writeup that the guy had used them many times with never any issues or failures..

OK guys finished the re-usable filter install today..

Its the budget version of IH8TOADS's post here and big thanx for the inspiration mate otherwise id be goin thru Ryco's like most others :/ and more importantly no more threaded filter nuts and swearing etc LOL

SO there is only really 2 parts to it and it takes under an hour taking my time with a hoist.. seriously a piece of piss..

The filter is a Billet 10micron staino re-usable filter ebay job.. its good enough for what I want from the job without buying Aeromotive Etc for $150 or so..

Comes with end fittings too in a -6 which I mated to the Aeroflow 5/16 line adapters.. and that's all there is to it..

Measured out the approx distance betwen the fittings and shifted it over a little bit to allow both the fittings to be sleeved on without fouling on the kinks in the factory line (reason fot it not being centred and also allows the filter to be easily removed for cleaning) and used a small pipe cutter to cut the original lines and the fittings screw straight onto the newly cut lines and the "olive" seals it perfectly..

Parts listed below and it owes me $106.50 and an hour of my time :D

super stoked and ready for e85.. its very easy to remove and doesent need the fittings to be removed from the lines to easily take off the filter to service :)

I was thinking of Canton fuel filters, made in USA. I would think a straight bolt in.https://www.cantonracingproducts.com/cgi-bin/commerce.cgi?search=action&category=2506

I was also thinking of their oil filter.

I also think about girls alot too.
