Steve O Member 106 Member For: 14y 25d Gender: Male Location: Sydneys Northern Beaches Posted 23/06/12 08:25 AM Share Posted 23/06/12 08:25 AM A big (300+ attending) cruise to wisemans ferry was recently cancelled due to the police contacting the organiser and stating that he needed to get insurance for the cruise otherwise he and the car club would be held responisble for the behavious of individuals on it.I've never heard of this before but apparentely there's laws enforcing it.Has anyone else heard about this and what size cruise is considered to need insurance. There were a couple of social clubs organising it. They'd set up a few pre meet spots around sydney and had the event for a few months.
