EvilDaifu Cruise Whore Moderating Team 5,130 Member For: 19y 4m 18d Gender: Male Location: Melbourne Posted 05/07/12 02:55 AM Author Share Posted 05/07/12 02:55 AM Put it on the battery charger last night - after a week of not using the car - it went flat when I went to start it up Gonna look up where I can get it tested for pH levels - suspect when most of the water evaporated off, that maybe some acid may have been depleted (not sure if that makes sense though).After 12 hours on the charger - car started okay this morning. Will also monitor voltage drop across its terminals this week to see if it continuously drops over time (could point to something else going wrong). They said no need to worry about topping it with sulphuric acid and that the deep recharge over-night should do the job.
