Crisp changes but not harsh at all. It was poo after the engine tune - hung onto gears horribly. The ZF tune corrected that. So yes, I'd do it, but get somebody that has experience. It clunks into 2nd gear sometimes which is annoying at a leisurely pace. I think the software is not perfect so a bit hit and miss. They can go as hard or soft as you like so depends on your application. It does help with longevity of clutches though. I know this hasn't helped much. Really up to you bud.
