discostig Manual mode ________________________ All day, erryday Donating Members 13,798 Member For: 17y 3m 7d Gender: Male Location: Probably above atmospheric pressure Posted 20/06/12 02:51 PM Share Posted 20/06/12 02:51 PM If I ever get mine done it will be to firm up a bit, but definitely don't want it shifting hard during normal driving. I drive in manual mode most of the time in day to day traffic and there are enough thumps and bumps in the driveline as is.I do hear that harder shifts prolong the life of the clutch packs though, as stock it's got a lot of slip programmed in, to give that smoother feeling.
