I'd just dropped it for another flush, they were just going to move the car into the workshop apparently.

The service manager has rang, was the tailshaft, they are trying to get the part in and changed for me today.

Yeh a tailshaft doesnt just break under zero loa drivin into the workshop, iv seeb ball joints let go under that circumstance though

That's BS. I'd be fighting that one.

Word of advice, never go back to them in the future for work. Sounds like tightarse lazy pricks who don't care all that much for their reputation or keeping up with ford standards.

trailer it up the road to a driveline shop and get one built if they wanna charge 1500+ for one that might end up breaking again
