I didn't want to get rid of the cross over just yet as it looks factory then Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/80639-injectors-what-brand-and-size/page/2/#findComment-1256460 Share on other sites

Not sure about 80s but ID1000s are probably a better injector for E85 unless you want to buy different ones when you go back for the E85 tune. Other wise there is a group buy going on for Ballistic cats. Both will have to be welded in, if this is an issue get a spare cat pipe from a wreckers and get it welded in that. Cooler pipes on B series should be fine, FG's is where the pipes become an issue. Keep an eye out for a second hand Process west or plazmaman stage 1 replacement coolers if you really want to keep costs down and retain factory looking engine bay, they come up all the time. You'll probably need a walbro gs340 fuel pump too then. 1 Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/80639-injectors-what-brand-and-size/page/2/#findComment-1256526 Share on other sites

Most exhaust shops will weld one in for between $300-$400. Buy a venom cat off eBay and get it welded in if you want to save a bit of coin.As knoles said, your cooler piping will be fine but a second Process West or Plazmaman cooler would be the best choice.I made 300rwkw on a stock fuel pump so I guess with your mods and 280rwkw your pump should be fine.Bosch 968's or Deka 60's would be your injector of choice. 1 Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/80639-injectors-what-brand-and-size/page/2/#findComment-1256535 Share on other sites
