I have VCM Suite (from tuning Holdens) I can read the modified tune in it but I dont have a standard tune to put back into it.My thoughts were get a ford dealer to flash a standard tune back into it I can then read that then I have the alternative of loading either tune whenever I want. However the ford dealer tells me if the write over the existing tune with the relevant standard tune it will run like "sh*t" his words! He indicated he has done several all with the same result the vehicle runs poorly.he did not elaborate, has any body had any experience with this situation? The calibration /operating system in my vehicle is HAEDAR8 it is a 2008 FG is there any othe way I can get a copy of a standard tune? Thanks, in advance for any help. If there are no other additional mods with the tune then I believe it will run fine.Benny. However on an LS2 only some of the operating systems are interchangable and if you try to load the incorrect one it permanently corrupts the PCM.
