Nah I don't need y pieces.. There are already 2 pipes that exit the muffler so just have to weld the new tips over the existing pipes.

just be careful going tips with rolled in tip.

I changed mine from the factory tip as it was making a shocking blocked air sound. best way to describe it is when you put your hand over the tips and try and block the exhaust air coming out. sounded terrible.

so I had them changed to twin 3inch. sounds alot better.

Is that the standard size of the BA system? Was just asking freaky what size it is and we both thought 2 1/2, but may be wrong :) 2 1/2 -> 3 $35, still not a bad price...but you need 4 of them lol

Would obviously try and keep the inlet size the same size as factory zorst, would just make doing the Y piece a kunt of a job for them I reckon

Hmmm pretty sure the factory system is 2 1/4" that's why we upgrade to a 2 1/2" cat back system? Ill measure it tomorrow anyhow..

It doesn't need a 'Y' piece... the factory rear muffler has 2 exits already, and the GT bit I bought has 2 exits from the muffler also, but is covered by the GT tip which makes it look like 1, if that makes sense.. Ill get a pic of it tomorrow...
