Rotors were machined about 10-15k ago and shudder has returned . I have Pbr Calipers and slotted rotors to match . Its $100 to remachine them but they will be underspec at 29.5 ish mm , falling just shy of the 30mm legal mark. Other option is $900 for new slotted rotors and new pads. I have by tomoz to give an answer but im not sure what to do. Anyone have any sugguestions ? Is there a foolproof way to fix this annoying brake shudder or a rotor that is shudder prrof ? shudder is annoying me ! im aware this is a well debated topic, I read 4 pages and everyone seems to disagree ... I'd be checking front end bushes etc. If you buy new rotors, you can get way cheaper than 900 bucks to suit

Can get DBA4000's for $330 on ebay plus pads ($150?) and do the install yourself? http://www.ebay.com....#ht_1452wt_1168Also only going off what I'v ever seen or heard but is there are chance that the hub wasn't cleaned properly before your current discs were put on. Apparently the slightest bit of crap on there can put the disc off slightly and yea you'll get shudder way too soon. Someone can probably clarify this because like I said, just going off what I've read. Edited 07/06/12 06:03 AM by Bellato
