I can spend 30k on upgrading his car and end up with something that is off its tits or sell it and spend 40k getting something that is quite standard.Plus it already has a 6k sound system I don't want to part with. They are easily achievable, but picking a tuner who can help along the way will save a lot of headaches and keep the build going in the right direction. It will soak up your 25k though. Guest XR09 Guests Posted 06/06/12 07:11 PM Share Posted 06/06/12 07:11 PM (edited) Really not sure why allyou people think there is such a big diff with the T to an n/a. There is fark all in it.The n/a ecu can be used. Same gearbox/ clutch/,diff/ crank/head/itsallthefarkensame.The gay bits you throw away are just that. GAY and you will get next to sweet FA for them. The F6 Gets basic forged rods and mahl pistons....... woopie dooo.Go do it Sean. It's not hard. A 698 is a huge jump in grunt. But worth it if you thinking the strip. If not it's a big overkill and you could have an F6 motor brought up to 350+ for a lot less money.Once you go over that then you have to start thinking of a better driveline. So unless your going to sport it...slight overkill with the 698 Edited 06/06/12 07:11 PM by XR09
