My car ever sinec changing the wastegate actuator has lost allot of power, mostly down low but on idle in gear (its a auto) has started making ticking noises from around the dump/cat area.cant pin point it but did undo a bolt on the dump pipe/turbo housing accidently then did it back up.Would I get a simple leak from that?

Bionicxr6t05 is on the money. Screw the actuator arm in until it is half a hole short of slipping over the flapper arm then pull on the actuator (or use compressed air if available) to get it onto the arm.

I'd also put my money on this causing the 'ticking' noise that you're describing. The flap is probably rattling around due to no pre load holding it shut.
