OP means 'Opening Party' (I think) which is the guy that started the thread. If your looking a cheap mods the growler is not one of them.

Looks like one of the robots arms from 'Lost in Space'...if your old enough to remember that show lol

Your both right but most people use the term to refer to a person and not necessarily their first post, so probably more Original Poster or Opening Party.

I found this, its pretty cheap (price shown is in NZD) might be the better option? Looks like it gives an extra 10rwkw?

Those autotechnica things look like cheap overpriced rubbish. Even the growler seems like a waste considering people get similar results with a F6 snorkel which costs bugger all. I reckon go all out on turbo side intake with tune etc or just F6 snorkel and KN filter.

take note that neither engine pictured in the autotechnica add is a turbo six.

Buy a K and N panel filter for like $150 (probably can even find it cheaper second hand). Then cut a whole in the bottom of your airbox and run a piece of pipe under the headlight. End result is a typhoon intake for under $200. If you aren't going to tune then no point doing anything more

Forget the intake, just get it tuned.

Only problem is a tune costs the same for an extra 20rwkw as it will if you had fitted supporting mods to max the stock turbo.

You will notice bugger all power increase without a tune.

Anyone can say what op (original poster) could expect with tune only?
