MTXLaser Member 6 Member For: 12y 6m 15d Posted 03/06/12 03:31 PM Share Posted 03/06/12 03:31 PM (edited) hi guys, im new here, so if ive posted in the wrong section or something feel free to move it to the right section.Now, I want to buy a ford escort, (as above)and im now considering doing a barra turbo conversion (because of all the good reveiws and youtube vids ive seen and the massive power figures ive see people reaching with these wonderful motors.), and was wondering on a checklist of sorts of things id need.obviously engine, gearbox.what else is needed for a barra engine to run in another car? full details please... Won't need to chop the f/wall and will handle much better. So I'm hoping the 4L would be easier. There where no rear end weight issuses with a guy I spoke to that did a Cleveland v8 into one. Just thinking out loud.
