Yeah I clicked that's the standard FG 18" size afterwards..my bad.

Doesnt explain why they are so much more dear than a 235 though.

Prob cause every joe blow would be buying that size cause that's what there car came out with..

Ive heard very good things about those nitto invos...

A site sponsor Taleb Tyres sells the Nitto tyres, but they also have a good range of high quality tyres with good pricing, I got my Yokohamas from him and I was very happy with price and performance

If re002's aren't 500% better than re001's you've been robbed

IMHO the re001's I had were the worst rubber I've ever had on my car, and horrible in the wet or on the strip

I'd have gotten the invos

Nathanway, you sound like me. I have RE002's on my car after cheap crap originally and they are an awesome tyre.

I did pay less because I got them at cost though :)

They have a firmer side wall too compared to the S001's so the shop I got mine done at recommend them over the S001's.

They also apparently have more bite on the road after about 6/8000k's.

I put on Kumho KU39 yesterday for $170 each (235/45/17), not in the same league I'm sure, but we'll see how they go. :launch:
