Good platform to work from and not bad considering the limitations. If it's the FG F6 turbo, you should be at 350rwkw once your zorst is sorted etc :)

I took her to the drags tonight to see what she could do...

Previously, the best I could get (never got a good 60ft time :() stock was a 13.221 @ 106.39 with 2.184 60ft time.

So here are my times from tonight... to say I was surprised on the first run was an understatement. LOL

1) 12.434 @ 118.30

2) 12.384 @ 115.46

3) 12.399 @ 115.12

4) 12.460 @ 117.62

unfortunately, I couldn't launch on a higher boost. the max I could get was 1-2psi. so I was hitting full boost (15psi) around the 60ft mark.

I'm pretty sure its the yumcha tyres I have on it atm. I could feel them start to break traction with anymore revs.

not to worry, just ordered a set of Federal 595EVO's. so I'll be back to the track again to hopefully get a 12.1. :)

would LOVE to crack an 11, but can't see that happening without further mods.

either way, VERY happy to drop a second off my time with the current round of mods. :)

I'll post the time slips up once I get to work and scan them in. :)

any advice from you guys on how to get it to launch on a higher boost would be appreciated. :)

can't you read minds? sheesh!

sorry, its I should have mentioned it.

its an auto and no, they didn't tune the gearbox. would that help things?

gotta read up about this zf tuning and see exactly what they can do I think. :)

I have also read elsewhere try stalling it up in second whilst holding the brake, then just before launching drop it back into first and off you go - hopefully with some more boost.

My car had a zf tune by elite some time ago and its too harsh.

Will be taking it back soon for a touch up.

ZF tune is worth a tenth or two.
